The internship period is strictly six months. Only candidates who complete the internship successfully will be given a completion certificate and eligible for a stipend. The stipend will be paid as mentioned above.

Candidates who could not complete the internship will not be eligible for a completion certificate and will have to pay Relinns. However, In case of any medical issues, we can extend the training to a maximum of 2-months after submission of proper medical proof & confirmation from HR on the same.

Candidates can apply in the final year of their Bachelor's or Master's program. Candidates pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree and obtaining a "No Objection Certificate" from their college to go for an internship can also apply.

Yes, candidates will be eligible for a job offer on successful completion of the internship. Relinns will evaluate the performance of all interns at regular intervals and will extend the Pre-Placement Offer only to high performers.

Candidates are expected to spend a minimum of 9 hours on an average per day, including lunch and other breaks.

No. Relinns is not offering any remote internships. However, candidates who are self-disciplined and are high performers can be offered the privilege to work from home after discussion with Relinns management.

Usually, candidates are not allowed to switch technologies or domains during the internship, but we can consider a case per business requirements.

Candidates have two options choosing stipend payments. We are offering INR 7,000 per month starting from the third month. For the first two months, there will not be any stipend.

Candidates who could not complete the internship for any reason will not be eligible for a completion certificate and will have to pay Relinns INR 15,000 per month to the company for the time spent during the internship; as a penalty to cover the cost of training spent by the company.

Candidates can decide if they don't want to opt for a job at Relinns or want to go for the job outside Relinns. If a candidate is looking for a job outside Relinns, he/she has to inform one month in advance before completion of the internship.

The candidate must get a request letter from the college for an internship at Relinns. Once we receive an internship request letter, the candidate will be offered an internship. On Orientation, a candidate must submit all documents per the joining email. If the candidate is not studying in college or can't arrange a request letter, they must submit their original documents.

No. Relinns internship program is based on practical industrial challenges. Candidates will be given theoretical sessions followed by assignments to brush up on their skills. Once candidates are through assignments, they will be on-boarded for live projects.

We wouldn't be able to entertain any such requests considering dynamic business requirements at Relinns.

No, you can't change your profile once you join the company after mutual discussions during the interview.

You are free to plan your vacations during your internship. However, if you take more than five days of leave, your internship will get extended by the days of vacation you take.

We would be able to entertain such requests only after carefully evaluating dynamic business requirements at Relinns or the seriousness of the candidate’s situation. Conversely, the company reserves the right to defer the joining date based on the dynamic business requirements. This conversation related to the revised date of joining will be made by mail.

No, candidates are not expected to sign any bond as we believe in giving complete freedom regarding a candidate’s career choices. Candidates do not require to submit any certificate but need to submit the photocopies of the same as instructed by HR. However, there will be company documents that an employee needs to sign which will include - Appointment Letter, Employment Agreement, Non-Disclosure Agreement & any other documents as per the requirement in the profile.

Yes, there is a probation period of 3-months from the date of joining, during which the company can terminate the services of the candidate in case of misconduct or issues related to performance & cultural fit without any prior notice or giving any reason.

During the first year of successful service with the company, the notice period will be of 30-days & after completion of one year with the company, the notice period will be of 60-days.

The candidate needs to wait for a maximum up to 2-working days for the confirmation call on the shortlisting of a particular round.

The candidate can apply for the consultant engagement in case do not want to give complete 9-working hours. This engagement type will totally depend on the business requirements & the suitability for the position available. HR will confirm the same. Also, there may be certain rounds based on the engagement type which will be informed by HR.
