The Role
As an HR Manager, you will play a key role in building and nurturing a high-performing workforce by leading talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, and people development initiatives. You will partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive HR strategies that align with business goals while fostering a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven work culture.
What you need for this role
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- Experience: 5–8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with experience in fast-paced startups or IT organizations preferred.
- HR Expertise:
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Experience in employee engagement, retention, and organizational development.
- Knowledge of performance management systems and employee lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRMS platforms and recruitment tools.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes, and documentation.

What you will be doing
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of candidates.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
- Drive employee engagement programs to foster a positive and high-performance work culture.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance reviews, promotions, and exit processes.
- Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and workforce planning requirements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal HR policies.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters professionally and confidentially.
- Maintain HR records, documentation, and reports with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Design and implement learning and development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities.
- Mentor and guide junior HR team members while ensuring smooth HR operations.
- Collaborate with leadership on organizational development, succession planning, and culture-building initiatives.
- Support the HR and Operations teams in improving internal processes and implementing people-centric initiatives.
- Assist teams across the organization with HR-related policies, processes, and organizational development activities.
- Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by the company based on business requirements.
